I was impressed when I was called for my MRI within minutes of my appointment time. Equally important was the ability to accomplish all of the pre-checkin requirements online. Additionally my technician Jeff was very personable as well as professional. My only complaint was the noise of the outdated GE MRI equipment. Since the equipment for providing sound mitigation as well as music was either missing or not operating I was provided ear plugs and sound pads. Both were ineffective! The moment I entered the facility, I felt a very pleasant atmosphere. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating, warm and friendly. The guy who conducted my X-Ray was very knowledgeable. I had to go to another SimonMed Imaging in Henderson after my US from the Coronad branch cuz no x-ray tech was available. I ask the staff to call Henderson ahead’s up of my arrival so I will be sure that my chest x-ray will be done that day. The place was fully packed. Fortunately, the staff MYKOLE was very kind, Professionally nice, warm with a genuine smile, and was able to accommodate my chest x-ray on 3/29.
