Clean , professional but expect waiting , I went 30 minutes earlier than my appointment but I waited after my appointment time one hour , I forgot the lady’s name who did the screening but she was very kind , caring and nice , all in all great customer service , clean office , thank you for following the CDC guidelines .

This was my second time visiting this imaging facility. I remembered the technician the first time because of her nice attitude and friendly demeanor. Having this type of procedure is very personal and can be turned into a very negative procedure. When I saw the same technician would be doing the procedure, I was pleased. And she remembered me. Her name is Lindsey(?) I highly recommend Simon Imaging.
