Really poor patient service! Am in Las Vegas. Need xray, which is walking only. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone to get wait time. Online says 4bwaiting, so Imdrive over only to be told 2 hour wait. They only have one tech who is doing other procedures. This practice is true at all SimonMed in Vegas. Truly poor service.

Wont go here again! So unorganized!! Had an appointment @11:30 12:45 still waiting! Had to reschedule, appointment at 4:00 thought 💭 ok they close at 5:00 shouldn’t be too long! Huh! Waited almost an hour! People walking in at 4:45 asking is it too late for a walk in! Oh no your good says the receptionist 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE! Will definitely tell my Doctor please refer me back to Steinburg!!!
Ok to start with …my dr orders are for x ray that state walk in .. Simon Med started calling that day for me to set an appointment. I returned their call automated, service 🙄when you press for x ray it hangs up on you “walk in only“ arrived at 8:48 am waited an hour and 12 mins waiting room full … only one technician will ask my dr to choose somewhere else next time!

I went in for a CT scan in excruciating amounts of pain with a possible toxic and or ruptured appendix. My doctors office needed radiology to get them the results stat. They said it would be 3-5 days. My N.P. sent us to the ER. It was as bad as we thought and could have been fatal. What if it had been one of their family members?

Had appointment at 8:30 am but day before they call and said appointment at 10 am. They said PET scan should take 80 minutes. Took over 2 1/2 hours and imaging equipment kept breaking down. WHAT ?? Shouldn’t that equipment be kept in top order ?
Good news, bad news! First the good. The technician was very friendly and professional and the procedure went well. Now the bad. Their scheduling department s**ks. The receptionist could use a course in customer relations too. Oh, yes, your website s**ks too! When I booked my appoint, I got a 3:15pm appointment and was told to arrive at 3:00pm.
