I appreciate the online access to my account. It was great to fill out the paperwork ahead of the appointment. On the day of my appointment I was notified by text message to notify when arriving at the office. When you follow the process it works like a charm. Didn’t have to sit and wait. However, not all offices have this great service. Recommend 911 Oak St, Kissimmee, FL.
