The people in the office are great but I’ve been trying to get a refund processed for over a month. You cannot get ahold of the office no matter what number you call you will get routed to a call center in India where they can’t understand you and you can’t understand them it’s like speaking to a child. I’ve given them my number to have a supervisor or someone from this location to call me and nobody ever calls. The 16yr olds behind the counter can't make a cd with the incredibly important images needed. Every facility is a nightmare, they are laxidasical in their efforts, kindness, and decency. I truly hope none of their mother's have to endure the treatment they have not provided others.
Long wait despite appointment
I was having 2 CT scans of abdomen with dye. I waited an hour & 1/2 in waiting room. Then they took me back put in IV. Then she gave me a cup of water to “wash down the drink”. I asked what drink? They were supposed to give me 2 containers of liquid to drink to help the scan. So I had to sit for another 40 minutes to drink. Almost 2 1/2 hours later I have the scan that took only 3 minutes to take!!!
My Dr ordered an MRI STAT. They called me to schedule & not until I was there did they tell me I had to pay a $356 copay. I do not. My insur. plan with Cigna covers 100% at their facility. I spent over an hour and a half yesterday fixing this with them and my insurance co only to have SimonMed hang up on us when it came time to reschedule. I was in severe pain and told Cigna I would just call SimonMed tomorrow (today). Waited over 1.5 hrs after appointment time.
I was scheduled for an MRI yesterday at 11:30am and showed up about 10am as a walk-in for xray (they don’t take appointments for xray). After waiting, I finally got xray done and still waited over an hour for my 11:30am MRI appointment, which took 10min! Very frustrating! Front desk girl was rude. Xray tech asked if I wanted to put my clothes on and go back and wait in main waiting room or stay in robe and go to back waiting room. My appointment was at 11am. I am still waiting and was just told I won’t be seen for another 40 minutes. Completely unacceptable to have to wait for two hours.
