Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, rude, could not, would not listen to what I needed, frustrated I just hung up and went to another Banner Imaging, pleasant, intelligent people to deal with.

Horrible trying to make an appointment needed by phone. Been transferred 5 times. Then told wrong extension. Waited 25 minutes for someone to answer and still wrong extension.

TERRIBLE!!! Im in the medical field and I will never recommend SimonMed again. I, personally, needs xrays. For xrays, you cant schedule appt for xrays. Tried 3 facilities to walk in for the xrays, the wait was 1 3/4 hrs-2 1/2 hr wait. Withe the rudest staff at all 3 facilities. Then I read online there are 5 facilities in my area, you can schedule xrays. Tried on line to schedule, it said they dont do my xrays ( a hip and lumbar spine ) Really????? I have had several appointments made and confirmed, however, once I got to the facility they said they were unable to do my exam because no one was there that could do it. This happened at 3 different locations. Their scheduling system is extremely flawed. I have called for results that were never uploaded to the patient portal 4 separate times in a given day with the promises that they emailed it to me after verification of my email......I never received the results.this business should not be in business with regards to ho... read more

I was charged a payment prior to my exam. My health insurance covered the entire service. I have contacted them to get my HSA refunded. Its been over 4 months and its in "review". I would not use this service. Do not make a co payment prior to service, especially if you have health insurance coverage. They should **** your insurance first!

Their branch in ************* **** *********** . Tel, this is the worst place to do Business with their staff not provisional at All they never keep their appointment in time always you have to wait tow to three hrs to be seeing And the ladies in front desk theyre rodent in the world if complain why I being waiting they answer you If you dont like it re schedule. So I reschedule same thing happen again theyre running behind When I complain they refused to see me

The scheduling system is flawed. Appointments are scheduled at locations where the procedures arent available and they move appointments without notice. There is always a problem with paperwork. Emails and texts will say orders are on file and then the people in office will say they arent and make you reschedule. Or they will decide the orders arent correct and make you contact your doctor. Nothing about the process goes smoothly. When you are waiting in the waiting room, you hear almost everyone dealing with the same issues... read more

I was satisfied with the treatment, however the billing is awful and after more than 2 hours on the phone today besides the BBB, Im going to report it on ********* Plus I know one of the local news people and Ill contact her too. This is awful!

SIMON MED IMAGING on Greenfield in **** ***** BEWARE!!!! (The **** RATING should be a minus 3 instead of plus 1 )) A girl with dirty hair rescued me from the mammogram waiting area ( torn carpet and broken screen). She hustled me down the hall, into a dark room and into the machine. She said she had to do 4 patients every15 minutes (16 mammograms per hour).
