They stole from me! I was Charged an extra month after bringing my account to 0. This was September 2021. I've be fighting with them since then to get a refund. Not even my bank was able to recover the funds. All I had heard from simone*** has since been a bunch of lies. Oh refund will post on this day. No, it take 2 weeks. OK it will post on this day. They asked me to pay up front for my imaging even though my insurance was going to pay for the full amount which they did. Now I have been spending months trying to get back my money for an overpayment. I understand that there is numerous people with the same complaint. I will never use this imaging company again.

I was scheduled for a procedure requiring an infusion. I made my appt 3 months before I needed it. Two days before my appt I was contacted and told they had to reschedule because they never have a person available to do the procedure I needed on the day of the week they scheduled it. I then had to take another day off if work to get the procedure done. I arrived 15 minutes early like they said and was told I would be going in in time. I scheduled an appointment online for screening mammogram for this morning at the ************* location. Since I scheduled the appointment I got numerous reminder calls and text messages reminding me of the appointment, fill out the patent forms, check-in etc. I spent almost couple hours to fill out all the information, scan my insurance card, scan the order provided by my doctor, patient medical information etc. as they kept on sending me all these reminder text messages. Needed to make an appointment for a CTA test. Called Simon Med, after being on hold for a long time, I was told only 1 person could schedule a CTA and was transferred to a voicemail. I hung up and decided to do their easy online check in. After another half hour I had gotten an appointment and completed my paperwork online. I had to take a pill 13 hours prior to the appointment and another 2 hours before. No caffeine or food that morning either. Was charged twice for an MRI that I had done on Sept. 9th. I notified them of duplicate charges and as of Dec. 1st, I was told that they show a credit balance of the charge amount however it will be 4-6 weeks to be issued a refund. Instant charge and taking of the money but 4 -5 months to receive the refund for their error. Horrible customer service.

really bad customer service, i went to ******** location for my x-ray she was paralyze and stroke patient. I arrived location at 2:24 pm on November 22,2021 .There is two girls both are really mean not responded to me I was waiting there more than 2 hrs.
