It should NOT take two weeks to get a radiologist to read a mammogram! Period Nor should an automated system call you AFTER you have scheduled yourself for an exam asking you to call and schedule AGAIN. Terrible phone transfer system and the people are rude at the ******************** they treat people like a huge inconvenience AND they blame a phone system for their incompetency
I was owed a large refund, but was not notified by SimonMed. When I called to ask about the refund, their automated system always disconnected me. It was not until I called in and didnt enter any account information that I got through to a person to ask about processing my refund. This is a disgraceful business practice.
Disgusting customer service. Had 2 seperate doctors order *** and appointments scheduled by SM who indicated all was good and ready. I show up for the 2 appointments (seperate times) and was notified my insurance has not approved the **** This last one I was told it was rescheduled to another date. 11/6/2021 I was scheduled for 7 a.m. (be there at 6:45 a.m.) on Sat. 11/6/2021. I arrived at 6: 40 a.m. No one there. There was a Tech waiting outside also - ***** - a very nice young man who was also locked out. He also was told to be there as there was a 6 a.m. appt. On Wednesday morning, I scheduled an *** for my child who was diagnosed with a suspected stress fracture by calling as the online system was not working properly. I had an appointment on Saturday October 23rd at for an *** of my left foot and ankle. I arrived to the SimonMed location on ************* in ********, ** 15 minutes before my appointment. As I walked through the door, I was greeted with an a very unfriendly "What do you want?". I replied with, "I have an appointment at ... for an ***" and gave my name from there. Scheduled an appointment over the phone and confirmed the address. Showed up for the appointment early and was told we were in the wrong location, directed us down the street. Showed up down the street and were told we were in the wrong location, we now needed to drive 20 minutes away. Showed up at the 3rd location now 20 minutes late and were told we were to late and needed to reschedule. Reschedule and received a call the day of the reschedule to reschedule again. This is the 3rd year I have used this company and will not go back. Besides the fact that they double book your procedures (Mammogram/ Ultrasound) and make you wait more than 1.5 hours for your appointment, their BILLING is ATROCIOUS!They tell you at your appointment what they think you owe (in my case $400), which 3 years running has never been right. U called SimonMed customer service to make an appointment yesterday. They gave me an appointment for today Tuesday 10/05/2021 at ***** pm on ***** 1 office on **************** ***** **. And they did confirm the appointment by text message yesterday and today. When I went there.
