I just had the second appointment cancelled, this one was 1 1/2 hours before hand. the first one was a day before. they say they don't have a doctor on staff for the day I've requested the appointment but I didn't request the day it was done because they had to have a provider on staff. When I tried to express my concerns today the woman on the phone didn't want to hear it and kept talking over me. WARNING DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CARD ON FILE!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS AND HAVE IT REGISTERED I WOULD HAVE. This is a bad company for as communication. I went out to SimonMed in Gilbert because my doctor is out their. I had x-rays done of my knees. I did not have any money. So the lady told me that she would put my card on file and in 4 weeks they will come and get the payment after the insurance pays their part. The balance was estimated at $73.66. Worst service, I would never recommend anyone to go to Simon Med. I was referred to go for scrotum ultrasound by my primary care doctor as he noticed a sebaceous cyst on the left side which he wanted to get confirmation that it isn't harmful or something else. However, what came out of the report from Simon Med was a big big blunder :- 1) First mistake, they marked my gender as female on the report (even though they scanned my scrotum) 2) Second mistake, they marked that the mass that they noticed is on the RIGHT side (even ... read more

How are they still in business?! I've experienced nothing but problems scheduling my exams that are necessary in order for my surgery. I could write a novel about their incompetence, lack of professionalism, extremely rude front desk girls, etc. I've had tests scheduled at locations that don't even do the type of exam that I've been scheduled for, over a dozen times now! Terrible service. Employees are ignorant and untrained. I had an appointment. Had lots of problems with various employees before they made the appointment. Explained in detail that I and the referring M. D.. understood that I needed full anesthesia to undergo an MRI. Set it up. Everyone agreed it was understood and set up. Go to appointment. Wait 1.25 hours in the waiting room. Finally called by the person for the MRI only to find there is not doctor to administer the anesthesia and none ever set to administer to me. I had an appointment for an R-x at 5410 W T-bird/Glendale, I got there 20 minutes prior to my schedule, and I was told by the receptionist they were too busy to see me today. I told her that I had an appointment and showed her the email. She said that she could not find it in the system, and insinuate that my email was not legit. I asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor but she said there were none at the facility at that moment. I called their 1-800, after waiting for 20 minutes the line went mute.

Whomever trains the employees in the scheduling and accounts department needs to be fired!! EVERY time I have to make an appointment or deal with SimonMed in any way- they are incompetent and I get different stories from different people. They had 3 different accounts for me and they dont update their system when you give them updated information. They dont update their system in a timely matter when an insurance finally authorizes a procedure and they generally just dont know what they are doing. When I get cut off on a pho... read more

I have had an appointment for an MRI in Glendale Az 5410 w Thunderbird. My appointment is behind 2 and 1/2 hours. This is unacceptable.

After spending over 30 minutes with various schedulers (several calls were dropped when I was put on hold so I would have to call back) it was determined that the imaging I needed could only be done at the St. Mary's facility (Tucson). After getting scheduled I received a text message telling me I was scheduled at the Orange Grove facility. I immediately called back and told the scheduler what occurred.
