I had an appointment for a 3D mammogram in November of 2020 and when I arrived they told me they couldn’t perform it at that location. The receptionist found an open appointment the next day at another location so I took it. I arrived with a copy of my appointment confirmation and was told that they didn’t have me on their schedule and they didn’t try to accommodate me. Do NOT waste your time going here!!! Denver Colorado location on Broadway. My husband hurt his foot and we have been going around and around trying to figure out exactly what is wrong with it. His doctor ordered an MRI and we ended up at SimonMed. What a joke! We should have known something was up with the receptionist that knew nothing and no one else there to get scans. I had a very unsatisfactory experience at the Alafaya location. Instead of giving me the paperwork to fill out, I sat for 40 minutes doing nothing, I heard a man leave because he sat too long and he wanted to reschedule so I came up to the front desk lady and asked how long it would take. Anw long story short the front desk was rude, not professional, obviously backed up, over scheduled and I felt like you don’t value your patient’s time. My sister’s doctor sent an order to the SimonMed in Surprise on December 24, 2020 for a breast ultrasound, She got a call from them and they left her a voice mail saying that they cancelled the appointment because she needed a mammogram so she calls back and tells them that the doctors order is not for a mammogram and that it’s for the ultrasound but by that time they had given her appointment away so they scheduled her at the Sun City location on the same day but then she gets another voicemail from them that they cancelled... read more

So i went to 4 different locations for my health issue. My issue is with the main billing department not this specific location. Not very happy with Simon Med Billing....I’ve been calling about a refund since Oct and just received a text msg stating they don’t have my address, to basically bill me! The scheduler don’t know what are they doing, they need training. I was scheduled twice fir a thyroid biopsy and both times was wrong. The first time I went from Alafaya to Altima Spring to the test, when arrived they told me that I was not in schedule. Loss my work time and the traveling up there. The second time was supposed to be tomorrow m, the call me yesterday that the room was already booked, they changed the appointment to Jan 8th without my approval. The policies in place are the dumbest I have ever seen. I have been on the phone for well over 60 minutes, got hung up on, went through 5 people and 4 departments and had to do it all over again all because there seems to be only 1 person in the entire company capable and knowledgeable enough to schedule a thyroid biopsy. Last Friday November 27, 2020, the front desk employees were only wearing shields, no face masks (surgical or cloth). Business COVID guidelines were not followed. Employees do not know the guidelines for when radiology orders expire. Their scheduling department scheduled my appointment at the wrong location (The Fountains instead of Surprise Stadium). I was referred to the location on Oak St. in Kissimmee, FL for an MRI. Although I had met my yearly deductible and out-of-pocket expenses with my insurance company, I was forced to pay a $95 co-pay. The procedure was performed on August 18, 2020 and my insurance company paid SimonMed Imaging on September 9, 2020. I have called this company a minimum of 8 times inquiring about my refund of $95.
