The people that work from the front desk to the people that do the MRI are just so great they ask if u have any questions and they make u feel just great . The tech I had for my open MRI was just great she went they step by step what was going to happen, I asked her to talk to me while I was in the MRI machine she did such a great job. As a veteran I told her why I had to have a open MRI and she totally understood and she made me feel better. I would highly recommend to people to go to Simon med .

The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to reschedule my mammogram. The person checking me in saw that on his screen and rescheduled my mammogram after I had the DEXA bone scan I was there for. I had both procedures taken care of within half an hour - saved me from needing to come back. It did seem the mammogram technician was a bit overbooked. She appeared rushed. I felt badly for her. Other than that, all was positive and I will return for future procedures.
