Very inviting location and the staff was very helpful & courteous.
The location in Goodyear, AZ on Litchfield Rd. was awful! The woman who sits on the right side when you walk in towards the front desk is the rudest person ever. It wasn’t Leslie because she sat on the left side. I couldn’t get this woman’s name because when I was leaving she was being very rude to this older man who probably doesn’t know how to write a bad review. The girl who did my mri was very rude and doesn’t communicate. Had me doing extra breaths because I was asking questions. Don’t go here for an mri.
After I went to 3 different Simon mes locations and no one can help my last stop was Litchfield so I stop to see if they can help me to do my chest X rays and the want to send me back to one that close at 3 pm I tell them that I went there o ready and ask to they technician if can stay to do my X rays and she said yes I wait for about 20 to 30 and get my X rays done thanks
Waiting time entirely too long. Our time is just as important as your time. You definitely need better schedulers. Had to be there by 1:45 and didn’t leave until 3:45. Unacceptable.
The bone density test tech talked down to me and treated me as if I was insignificant. I will never go back there. We have options where we can go and my insurance covers all of them. I’m going to tell my doctor to never send anybody back there again. But on a positive note the mammogram tech was amazing. Very kind. Props to her!!
Scheduling is difficult on website, can’t get a live body on phone even after more than 1 hr wait, they do not call back when you leave message and they rarely answer live chat. People at office are friendly and courteous though. Took a long time to check in.
The schedulers or those answering the phone did not provide accurate information regarding preparation for my procedure. With each phone call, I received a different answer. I was told to fast, another said drink water, and yet another said to do both. I did both only to learn, when I arrived, that fasting was not required for my procedure. Very frustrating for patients! The technician, however, was very professional.
