Why make an appointment and then have the person wait over 50 min to be seen. Not very friendly either.

I’ve spent over three hours collectively holding to try to get through to make an appointment and each time after holding for about 15 minutes my call is disconnected. Finally got through to someone this morning who took my phone number and name and then the call was disconnected yet again. Even though she had my name and number she never had the courtesy to call me back. I finally gave up and went online to make an appointment only to be told that someone will call me back.
