Hi, my name is Robi, and for the last 7 months when people call in asking for their MRI results, they are transferring them to my personal cell phone. I have called to complain numerous times, and no one seems to care. Simon Medical is giving me their private patient information to a 3rd party. sound like a serious HIPPA violation. If your wanting your information safeguarded, I would recommend going elsewhere 🤬

I wasn’t seen until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment! If you’re behind schedule you should let your patients know to come in a little later. Not have me waiting there for so long.

I had my 20 week ultrasound here for my second pregnancy. It was the worst ultrasound I've ever had!! After coming 15 minutes early and waiting 40 additional minutes the ultrasound tech said she couldn't show me the screen even though there WAS a screen that projected what she was doing on a swinging arm behind her that she could've turned so I could see my baby, but I didn't notice it until the ultrasound was finished when I got up. The office I was at front office staff mast really did like there jobs must unfriendly people I have ever meet they have no business handling people. And the technician were no better. Those people have no business handling people. Must have been all trained by the same person. Recommend put all of them working on cars .

your McKellips location was awesome. Your Higley location was horrible. They had no X-ray tech. The girl was rude. We asked for another location so she wrote some down, but it was an imposition. I asked her to just print it out, she said they couldn’t do that. There was only one or two customers. I would not recommend their location EVER. They were not professional or adequate

I’ve had nothing but issues trying to get my MRIs done that I get Yearly for my MS. Thankfully I can say they are all finally done as of yesterday. I showed up for my brain, c&t spine- to be told one was marked cashpay. 2 weeks and finding out my insurance actually authorized all 3… finally getting the 3rd mri yesterday at a location 30’min from me- because 🔽🔽🔽 Schedulers- scheduling me for my mri twice in a row for a date and time there was no tech for contrast and them calling me to reschedule. This was my first time at this location. It took 3 hours to have an ultrasound. The office was freezing cold. The techs barely spoke to me. I will probably never go back to this location. I had much better experiences at the Greenfield office

I despise redundancy. Asking me to write down all my personal data after you already have it from the insurance cards and previous visits just pisses me off. in today's world there is easily a better way. And don't assume that every one knows everything about what you're doing. patients don't do It everyday like you do. But don't despair, most of your industry comrades are not much different than you. I will choose differently next time.
