RecommendedI’m partial because I’ve honestly had the worst experiences with them scheduling wise. I’ve been scheduled for the wrong imaging TWICE. Showed up for an appointment only to find out it was scheduled wrong and I would need to come back another time. Another time they somehow scheduled only 3 of the 4 orders my doctor sent over for imaging so I had to come back again. Won’t ever go there again
Latest experience was very frustrating. Rescheduled twice because they did not have a radiologist on the day scheduled. When I showed up they told me there would be a high fee after checking with insurance. No prior notice and would not show the details.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an office. Waited an hour and a half for something that took less than 5 minutes. People kept coming in after me while I was over looked. But you can be sure the girls had time to order pizza for lunch. Ridiculous service. Won’t be back.

RecommendedI wish they were able to print my x rays at mckillips location it was close to me that’s why I went there.... then after getting x rays they said I would have to go to another location to get the x rays because they can’t print them??? well if I would have known that I would have went to the other place instead now I have to go to two places ugh waste of precious gas money!!!

Very bad painful experience due to the technician not wanting to listen to me. Both physically and mentally. Caused me a great deal of stress as well as pain to my back, neck and shoulders . I am still suffering pain to this day, I did fill out a report at the time with a supervisor.
