I’ve been using SimonMed for the past 2 years (it’s no choice, it’s who my insurance pays for). Well, I should have been using them years ago when I actually had a choice of who to use! They are very friendly and professional! They put me at ease with whatever I’m there for. So, to cut this short, I say: YES, I highly recommend SimonMed!

I waited for almost and hour to be seen, the technician was not paying attention who’s was next
My 3rd visit to a Simon Med Imaging. First try at a Scottsdale location, they were 45 minutes late for a scheduled x-ray appointment. Second try was at another Scottsdale location and they were 1.5 hours late for a scheduled MRI. I had to ask when I was getting in and they said their machine hadn’t been working well that day. I waited for more than 2 hours for an X-Ray; only when the front desk lady took pity on me and went back to the technician I got called in and I got my X-Rays done. And don't get me started on the technician's attitude. This was with a scheduled appointment.
