RecommendedI’ve been using SimonMed for the past 2 years (it’s no choice, it’s who my insurance pays for). Well, I should have been using them years ago when I actually had a choice of who to use! They are very friendly and professional! They put me at ease with whatever I’m there for. So, to cut this short, I say: YES, I highly recommend SimonMed!

I waited for almost and hour to be seen, the technician was not paying attention who’s was next
My 3rd visit to a Simon Med Imaging. First try at a Scottsdale location, they were 45 minutes late for a scheduled x-ray appointment. Second try was at another Scottsdale location and they were 1.5 hours late for a scheduled MRI. I had to ask when I was getting in and they said their machine hadn’t been working well that day. But they didn’t bother to tell that to anyone in the waiting room. MRI tech was an a%#. Third visit was to the McKellips location for a scheduled Ct Scan. I waited for more than 2 hours for an X-Ray; only when the front desk lady took pity on me and went back to the technician I got called in and I got my X-Rays done. And don't get me started on the technician's attitude. This was with a scheduled appointment.
