if i could i would rate these people , especially the scheduling a negative star! They don't seem to know when their doctors are in. i have been rescheduled many times. they wait to ask for the doctors notes and call the insurance at the last minute and i end up having to reschedule for that. this company is the worst and a big bowl of crap! Reckless and dangerous corporate policies. X-rays are walk in, per the recorded message. Walked in, was told that we needed an appointment. When we told them that the recorded message said "walk in", they said, "Yes, that's true, just not for now, during the , Corona crisis." Ok, then change the message. "No , because that's still true, you simply need an appointment." Inconsiderate, slow on results , and give the wrong results. It took 1 month to get the wrong results, set up extra imaging appointments, and on the day of the extra appointment they said "we just looked at you original image and no further images are needed." No message or voicemail and this took them 7 weeks.

Called and scheduled 3 MRI's during the same session. Upon arrival, we were told that they were only performing 2 of the procedures as the location we were at (Missouri St) isn't able to provide the 3rd MRI with their machine, that we would need to schedule at one of the other locations. We weren't informed prior to arrival. The scheduler told us they had scheduled all 3 for that location. At the visit, they offered to accept up front out of pocket payment for the MRIs instead of submitting the visit to our insurance company... read more

Only pay what you have to that is stated on your schedule of benefits of your insurance. They forced us to pay full price and have not returned our $289 dollars. Our date of service was June of 2019. We have repeatedly asked for that amount of money credited to our credit card and they have not done it so far.

1 star is VERY GENEROUS! Had a 6AM appointment 1/21/2020 (dark and raining out) arrived at the simon med on 93rd at 5:40 AM the office person didnt arrive until 6:10 AM ok no big deal. i go inside and the and the girl tells me i need to be at the location 2 blocks over. I drive 2 blocks over, the building is big and empty, only person in sight is the receptionist. I explained to her why i was a little late and just then the "Tech" comes out of the back and says to me "so which one of your two scans do you want done today"...... read more

I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment only to leave extremely upset with the incompetent schedulers. I drove an hour to arrive at this office which is the only Simon Med in the valley that performs my needed xray. The scheduler failed to obtain proper documentation prior to scheduling and did not schedule me within the timespan required from my last menstrual cycle for this type of exam. I will never return and would rather pay double the price than to use Simon Med again. If they see me as just another "unwanted" patie... read more

I was denied service even with ***** Insurance because I did not have a credit card to make payments. They would not even accept $50 cash towards $150 copayment. I was told they needed a cc card to hold for 45 days or an electronic check. I asked for written payment policy and they did not have it. I have filed a complaint with ***** and NAACP for discrimination and unfair business practices in patient care.
