I called on August 28, 2020 to make an appointment. They called me back after speaking to my doctor's office. My appointment is for a 3D brain MRI. My appointment was supposed to be Sept 7, 2020 at 4:30 PM. I got an email and text moving my appointment from 4:30 to 5PM. I arrived at 44:45 only to find out the office closed at 4:30. I Had an MRI ( very important one) I gave one star because they did perform the procedure ( I think..) Without the results the procedure is useless I never heard back from them not even after 8 days, 3 phone calls, 3 submissions of release of medical records, 4 actual visits to the office. As for their telephone service....it's almost as good as non existent...after on hold for45 mins you can leave a call back number but you won't get a call back Yeah...let's blame it to COVID-19...what a joke! Total incompetence
Horrible scheduling. Everyone acts like their stoned and sitting on a couch. Disconnected constantly. Waiting for hours to schedule to be disconnected after days of waiting.
When I called to book an appointment I was put on hold for over 40 minutes and then was greeted by someone very rude. Once I arrived at my appointment, there were 30 people ahead of me checking in. There wasn't any social distancing and not everyone had a mask on. I didn't feel safe and walked out. When I tried to cancel my appointment the site was updating and no one answered the phone at the location for me to cancel. I have serious concerns about patient privacy with SMI Imaging. I was given another patient's completed intake form along with papers given to me for me to complete.
The CT technician, Jenny, was very rude & disrespectful. Performed the scan without giving me a blanket, even though I requested one (From the manager, Rafael) because the gown didn’t cover my breast all the way. I felt like I didn’t have much privacy or respect. She felt the need to argue with me because I expressed to her that Rafael was rude when I asked if my husband could stay with me in the waiting room. I had 2 breast biopsies done in April. Unfortunately, I was laid off right after due to Covid. I reached out to them several times to work with me as I am currently unable to pay my 2200 bill. They keep telling me to write to their financial hardship department to ask for help. Two managers have advised me to do so even after they initially denied me. They stated that if I explained the situation they may work with me. Nope. They keep denying my request to lower the payment due to the fact that it happened AFTER my procedure... read more
If there was a 0 or less than 0 stars I would select that. Giving them a 1 star review is being too nice. They have the WORST customer service department, the worst service with the rudest employees, the worst appointment process and their wait times are 10+ mins. I don’t even know how you are still in business. You should be ashamed of yourselves for having that kind of people answering calls. I called on 8/18 at 11:30am at the Las Vegas location. Listen to your representatives and how they treat patients.
I gave them my FSA credit card for a partial payment of my balance of $167.00. They then took it upon themselves to charge another $167.00 without my knowledge or permission. They claim I was told it would be a revolving account now. Their billing department lies over and over again. I was never advised of this. I have tried to resolve an overpayment to them since May 2020.
