I went on a Saturday and I was in and out. They were nice and the technician was pleasant.
I so appreciate the kindness shown me during my recent MRIs! It took two visits to conquer my claustrophobia and all the staff reassured me throughout. Instead of condescension or belittling, I was shown compassion and grace. Thank you so much!

I had an imaging done on my chest. It went fine, but then I was called in to get another shot taken for another review. Thank goodness it was ok and not anything serious. HOWEVER! I received in the mail a bill for over $800.00. After the second view. I was very upset. I have Humana which is good insurance, but I thought well maybe it just pays for one and second mamo was not covered! Anyway. Come to find out the office billing made an error and I didn’t have to pay 800. Please get office personnel better trained.

I had an MRI last Sunday. The front desk person was extremely friendly and efficient! They were on time and it all ran smoothly. The tech who did the MRI was excellent and did an very good and thorough job of explaining everything so that cooperating was easy. She also did a really good job throughout the MRI of keeping me informed of our progress. Thanks for making my MRI experience really easy.

The ladies at the front desk were really nice and welcoming. When I walked in there was an Elder lady yelling at the staff about a paper she says she’s filled out the night before and turned in. So the lady at the front looked again and apologized and gave her the paper to fill out. She was still ranting about how she wasn’t going to fill it out again and that she was going to just put X’s on everything. It was quite amusing because personally I don’t think filling out another form should be a big deal but the ladies rocked ... read more
