My appt started off a little rough. Arrived on time for 2PM appt. with pre-check in and was told I had to reschedule because my particular test had to be done in the morning. I had scheduled online, selecting an available time slot and following all instructions. After practically begging the receptionist to let me keep my appointment, she called the technician, who agreed to let me have the test. The wait was only about 20 min.
