Good service; incompetent automatic paperwork: I was instructed by automated email I arrive a half hour early for my 7:00 am appointment. I did, but the front door was locked and the lobby dark until 6:45. Once I was able to get in, service was great!

Pleasant staff, walk in for X-ray. They said 2 hour wait time. Nice thing was I was able to leave and come back. They took all my information when I first got there, so when I went back all I had to do is pay the copayment and waited about 10 minutes to get my X-ray.

The most cordial, efficient, professional staff in the imagining industry. The only recommendation that I offer is that when going to Simon Med Imaging wear the warmest clothes and heaviest jacket, hat, scarf, and mittens you have.
