I went for a bone density exam. The front desk staff was efficient. The technologist was great. She was friendly, polite and efficient. My only complaint was the wait. I got there 10 minutes a head of time, as asked, and filled out my forms. But then I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to get seen. That wasn’t cool. I’m sure this tech was busy with other modalities while I was waiting to be seen, because of staffing issues. But still, 45 minutes is a long wait.
