The X-ray technician was great
I had an 11:15 appt. They told me to come in 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, which I did. I received a text to click the blue link when I got there and it would let them know I was there, which I did. I still went up to the receptionist and checked in, couldn’t hear her questions very well because she had her music up too loud, filled out the paperwork and had a seat. Your appointment makers are based somewhere in India (Guess) and cannot speak the language and it is NONE of your business if I have been vaccinated or NOT! What the hell does it have to do with an MRI?
I’ve been trying to get my images from CA. I’ve called CA they never got the request. I tried another route, got the direct line for the films Library. Asked that a supervisor get involved only to have her say it wasn’t her job. They clearly have no trouble shooting skills so disappointed
The front counter staff and the X-Ray technician were competent, professional and compassionate; if they were the only thing getting reviewed, they would get 5 stars and a recommendation. However, the X-Ray processing system is slow and needs to be streamlined, which is why the negative review. 90 minutes was a long time to wait from when I checked in, though I do understand things can get busy. 1. Appt was made incorrectly by their call center after I had even questioned them about it being a mistake (fasting vs. full bladder). Turns out I was right and they had to reschedule the appt. 2. They entered my info for my sex incorrectly as male, and when I went to the portal to fill out my forms I had to “accept” the mistake because they’re was no way for me to correct it. 3. Don’t know what they are doing
That Steve in the Prescott facility notify the ppl that answer the phones that he is not available on Fridays at 4 pm bcuz he leaves at that time. I was told to b there by the phone answering ppl at 4pm for my x-rays and drove 53 miles to get there by 4 only to find he had left. plz correct this info. Steve was great the following Monday morn.
may ist.no pipe required for public we ever pipe. had to wait over 1/2 gr8. in chairs next to people not wearing pipe. since in our 70's have fears of possible vivid 19 exposure. praying.
