Thank you Prescott Simon Med for excellent customer service, for keeping your patients safety first (masks), for answering all my questions and helping me with the new patient portal. I appreciated all of the staff over the phone and in person, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I love how I can do almost everything electronically before my appointment. I definitely recommend this Simon Med and the others I’ve been to in Arizona. 5 stars ⭐️

I needed an Ultrasound and with a full bladder. Leah, the technician was on time (which I was grateful for and appreciated that) and did a great job. I checked in a head of time from the link they sent, which made the process faster. The Staff was nice in the Prescott Facility.
Everyone was wonderful in Prescott! The front office manager (I believe Brandy was her name) who checked me in was so sweet and personable! The positive energy in the office made my experience a nice one! The technician was also so kind. Thank you all!

I went to the Prescott office this time for an X-ray. The staff was more efficient than the PV location. X-ray tech very nice. Second visit to Prescott office. Staff very efficient and pleasant.
