The staff is very friendly and walked me through the procedures .. I highly recommend SimonMed.
Staff was professional and pleasant. I went in as a walk-in for an x-ray and only waited approximately 10 minutes or so before I was taken back from my x-ray. x-ray technician explained everything that was happening as I went through the X-ray procedure.
What I like about this location is Cheyenne and Edgar. They were compassionate and efficient. Barb and Javier at the Anthem Az location were awesome in getting us the Prescott appt. Give your exceptional staff raises for putting up with people that are scared and in pain. Please add Maria. Fantastic helper!!

The friendliness of the girls up front, is what keeps me coming to Simon med. Gives me a good feeling that my choosing Simon med is important to them.
The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted you when you came in the door! Leah the ultrasound tech was very nice. A good experience this time at Simon Med.
Check in was efficient and pleasant. Technical staff were friendly and efficient.
