Employees very helpful and knowledgeable
Had to have chest X-ray, down side was regular X-rays are e walk in only however the staff were ALL incredibly nice, professional and patient. It never fails every time I’ve been to SimonMed someone comes in and is unhappy about their medical insurance and take it out on the front staff and the ladies are always above and beyond professional and patient.
Front desk was professional and took my info. As a “walk-in”, i was told how long a wait it would be. Taken in right on time and the technician was friendly, adept and was done with all my ex-rays in 20 mins. I always use SimonMed.
Nothing, everyone was polite and friendly.
