SimonMed has been my go to place for images for over 12 years now… 13 surgeries later, I am still having imaging done and everyone of them are at SM. All records are with SM. WHICH MEANS: SM, can pull Up all old record to do comparisons and anything else that I might need or any of my specialist needs now… right there with Simon Med. Had a stomach ultrasound on 2-1 (after having pain in my stomach/back), and was told my doctor would have the results in 2-4 days, so I rescheduled my follow up doctor’s appointment for after then. Went to my appointment today and was told they do not have the results yet, and they had to reschedule me for Friday. I am still in pain, and now have to wait for Friday. I am beyond frustrated!!

I went in for a cat scan because I was in a lot of pain but it was 6 days before I got results from that test. Totally unexceptable. The facility was very nice and the technician was very good but the time frame after the test was awful.

improve customer wait time. have people that know how to do the paperwork. use the online check in information and process to speed things up

The scheduler on the phone barely spoke english and even though I told him THREE TIMES which location, he still scheduled us for the wrong place! So we show up to what was supposed to be our appointment, only for them to tell us they scheduled us at a different location. And they can't get us in for another week. ALWAYS problems every single time we use Simonmed. Banner Imaging from here on out, I will never go back to Simonmed.
