They keep calling and calling and calling even after I have been told three times they canceled my orderder. I don't know what it takes to get them to stop calling. The people in their call center speak very little English and you can't understand them. They refuse to give you to a supervisor or anyone who speaks English even after keeping you on hold for over ten minutes saying they are looking for a supervisor. No business should be calling clients before 9am and certainly not if they have been asked not to numerous times.... read more

They only accept walk-ins for X-ray requests. They do not do appointments. When I went, there was a 2 hour wait. Another location had a 90 minute wait. Im already in pain. Im also unable to sit that long. They dont care about that. My doctor offered a different provider but they were located over 25 miles away. With gas prices as they are, who can afford to go that far. Simon Med must change their policy to allow appointments for X-rays.

SimonMed confirmed my appointment via Text messaging till the last moment. When I arrived I was told that they didnt have a Technician to perform the test. Why? Is it lack of trained workers?Is it SimonMed not wanting to have workers?Or just as plain Is it Workers not needing to work?

I had an appointment for imaging at **** am. I showed up at **** and was told my appointment was canceled because they did not have insurance pre-authorization. I had confirmed with my insurance company that they had approved pre-authorization prior to my visit. SimonMed said yes, they did have insurance pre-authorization but they canceled my appointment anyway and didn't notify me.So they rebooked my appointment for the next day at the ******** Peak location. I was treated very rudely and embarrassed in front of a room full of patients by the front desk person at the st. ****** ****** ******* location. When I called to speak with the supervisor I was given the runaround and with transferred from one person to the next never being allowed to speak with anyone in charge. I was actually transferred to the person at the front desk who was rude to me yesterday oh, today. And she was rude to me again today. They have a call center in ****** and the people working barely speak English. They couldn't answer any of my questions. Then we scheduled an MRI and someone who works there cancelled it. We will be using another company for our Imaging needs

My experience with ***** has been positive except fort the past 2+weeks. TODAY, I can't even give them a star.I have been rescheduled no less than 6x for one procedure in the past 2 weeks. I will go to any location as ***** will notice from my appointment history but ***** keeps cancelling and rescheduling me. I have indicated for the past 3 weeks I have to have back surgery very soon and would like to get this taken care of before my surgery. Guess what, that's not going to happen. Today, 5/10/22, I just received a **** for services rendered July 2021. I made a payment at the time of service that was requested by simonmed. I looked up my insurance and the claim was processed August of 2021. Today, I received a **** via email. It took them 9 months to **** me! Very poor business practice. I could of taken this **** off my taxes and now it is too late. So why does it take them 9 months to **** their customers? I have had other billing issues with this company. This company is collecting copay from Devoted customers when Devoted always paid **** in full. The amount varies from customers and in order to get their X-rays done the customers have to be charged a copay before receiving services. In my case they refused to issue a refund on my credit card because my previous insurance company has not paid a claim from 6 months ago. Today was the first time I heard about this.
