I scheduled an appointment online for screening mammogram for this morning at the ************* location. Since I scheduled the appointment I got numerous reminder calls and text messages reminding me of the appointment, fill out the patent forms, check-in etc. I spent almost couple hours to fill out all the information, scan my insurance card, scan the order provided by my doctor, patient medical information etc. as they kept on sending me all these reminder text messages. Needed to make an appointment for a CTA test. Called Simon Med, after being on hold for a long time, I was told only 1 person could schedule a CTA and was transferred to a voicemail. I hung up and decided to do their easy online check in. After another half hour I had gotten an appointment and completed my paperwork online. I had to take a pill 13 hours prior to the appointment and another 2 hours before. No caffeine or food that morning either. Was charged twice for an MRI that I had done on Sept. 9th. I notified them of duplicate charges and as of Dec. 1st, I was told that they show a credit balance of the charge amount however it will be 4-6 weeks to be issued a refund. Instant charge and taking of the money but 4 -5 months to receive the refund for their error. Horrible customer service.

really bad customer service, i went to ******** location for my x-ray she was paralyze and stroke patient. I arrived location at 2:24 pm on November 22,2021 .There is two girls both are really mean not responded to me I was waiting there more than 2 hrs. Terrible scheduling and notification of appointment cancellation, even when I had to take medication prior to appointment.Unbelievable!

It should NOT take two weeks to get a radiologist to read a mammogram! Period Nor should an automated system call you AFTER you have scheduled yourself for an exam asking you to call and schedule AGAIN. Terrible phone transfer system and the people are rude at the ******************** they treat people like a huge inconvenience AND they blame a phone system for their incompetency

I was owed a large refund, but was not notified by SimonMed. When I called to ask about the refund, their automated system always disconnected me. It was not until I called in and didnt enter any account information that I got through to a person to ask about processing my refund. This is a disgraceful business practice.

Disgusting customer service. Had 2 seperate doctors order *** and appointments scheduled by SM who indicated all was good and ready. I show up for the 2 appointments (seperate times) and was notified my insurance has not approved the **** This last one I was told it was rescheduled to another date. Both times I was not notified prior to appointment that the insurance was not approved and only found out at the window. 11/6/2021 I was scheduled for 7 a.m. (be there at 6:45 a.m.) on Sat. 11/6/2021. I arrived at 6: 40 a.m. No one there. There was a Tech waiting outside also - ***** - a very nice young man who was also locked out. He also was told to be there as there was a 6 a.m. appt. He was still waiting - calling every number for SimonMed he had - no answer ..... finally someone answered and they said they would find out what was wrong.
