Unethical practices and the customer service line that I cannot share is horrible! It has been close to 2 months to get a refund of $80 back to my card and every time I call they say they need to place an investigation for an approval or that the refund was already placed. Lies upon lies from all of the agents I have spoken with. They should have never have taken out the $80 in the first place since I called to make sure my card was removed, which it wasn't even and they said that card would not be charged. On Tuesday, 10/13, at about 10:45 AM, I received a call from Martha to schedule an MRI. I was driving, minutes away from my destination and told her I couldn’t talk. She said to call her back. I did so about 1:30 PM that same day. After waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, I spoke with a representative and told her I spoke with Martha earlier and could she, the gal I was talking to, schedule the MRI. After seeing my doctor due to alarming symptoms they drew bloodwork which had alarming results. My doctor sat me down explaining that it was most likely due to a tumor in my pituitary gland, and I would need to get a scan to confirm to start treatment. I had to call Simon med to schedule an appointment, and after an hour and a half finally reached a rude representative. The earliest they could get me in was three weeks out. Some of the WORST medical service I have ever experienced! Not only are they incompetent, the staff is also insulting. One worker on her way out the door made a snide comment because I had the nerve to to go there & get my own report that should have been sent over to my doctor's long before I arrived! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! If could have given it a -10 in stars, I would have!

On more than one occasion I have been overcharged. I have been calling since Feb 2020 for a refund of $9.69 that Simon Med cannot seem to get processed. Every time I call for a status I am told either the check is in the mail, which it is not, or that it will be another 4-6 weeks. I call every few weeks and it is now September. Even the supervisors cannot seem to escalate this for completion. I had a liver MRI with and without contrast in approx March 2019 that showed a number of cysts in my liver. My physician decided to watch them and redo the liver MRI the following year. I went to Scottsdale Medical Imaging for the follow up MRI on 9/18. Scottsdale Medical Imaging has been trying to get the prior images for 1 week to compare the size of the lesions. After my CT scan, I requested a copy of my report and CD with images via the proper method, fax. I wanted to hand-carry the images to my next doctor as I was advised to do. Did receive the report. Did not receive the CD with images. Called 3 times and left 3 voice mail messages for the records department. No reply. Sent a total of 3 faxes. No reply. Called the general phone number and no one picked up the phone. Waited for 30 minutes on the phone, hoping someone would answer, then gave up. Sent an email to the billing depart... read more
