Appointment at 8:00 am so they tell you to be there 15 minutes early.but employees don't unlock the door. When they finally do, they don't let you know it's unlocked so we are all still waiting in the hallway. Eventually get in and taken to changing area and given a gown to change into but don't tell you what needs to be taken off. Gown is inside out and ties are knotted tightly. Definitely need more training in the Turkey Lake location.

Beside the mess they make with my Dr.’s order the technician was very un courteous and neglected. I almost fell out the bed…

Not a good experience for me.. at 8:40am I arrived for my 9am appointment.. 14 people in the waiting room and several were complaining they all had the same appointment time and 2 had been there an hour already. Due to a mix up with my orders I was out in the wrong room.. They did apologized but said it was due to a patient coming late and they created the back up? I was there for 2 hours and it was not a pleasant experience.

I advised when i booked the appointment that im allergic to ivp dye when i arrived i advised of my allergy. Once they put me in the back i advised them again and they tried to get me to sign a paper stating i refused the test, and that was not the case, they refused to give it to me. I put that on the paperwork and asked for a copy they would not give it to me until my husband got involved. When they finally brought me the paperwork they had added comments to it after i signed it. They are a very unethical company! I wil... read more

After waiting an hour and a half, was stuck twice to insert IV. Put in the most awful MRI machine I’ve ever experienced. Having had an MRI before, I was aware of how noisy it could be, but this one was intolerable.

Don’t trust these people with your body! Three people walked out due to negligence. Terrible experience. I will be contacting their compliance office.

Doctor sent in order they called to set up appointment. went to appointment at the sand lake location. was told when I got there they don't do CCTA at that location. was sent to hunters creek where they said they would do. didn't happen they also could not do it. was rescheduled for 3 days later. when I checked I voice mail I had a massage from Jared the office manager at sand lake location and he made some racists remarks in it. with an act of God finally got the rest done at the sand lake location. yes they do do it there.... read more

I had to go to four places to get my X-rays the service was terrible on the first 3 places that I went the wait time was from 2 to 3 hours to take a x rays that really bad I went to the Clermont office three times and their din’t have a Tecnico on till next week and the last place was the only center that I don’t have to wait that much and the employed were very nice and their take right away I must drove 70 miles to get my X ray their should take some lessons from that center
