The worst experience ever. Having an appointment have to wait for an hour. While doing the MRI the technician didn't have any communication at all, plus supposedly the machine was having issues, and the technician didn't say anything about it until we finished test that I complained to her about how long it took.
El simonmed the la turkey lake no se lo recomiendo a nadie esta es laultima ves que vengo a este lugar siempre tienen atraso de 2 horas y llenan la sala hasta el punto que las personas no se pueden sentar . eviten este lugar .

Por llegar tarde 5 min no me atendieron a pesar que la doctora estaba ahí me re agendaron y ese día llegué 15 minutos antes de mi cita y aún así tuve que esperar 25 minutos más para que me pasaran mi cita era 4:45 llegué 4.25 y me atendieron 5:20 ellos si pueden retrasarse y no pasa nada y nosotros que pagamos no? En fin muy mal

went on 4/23 and asked about copay and abigal at the desk told me she called and verified that my copay was $10, i paid and wrote her name on the reciept as I had told her I needed to know what my copay was so I would not be surprised and get a bill I didnt expect, she told me she verified it and it was $10, well I got a bill in the mail for another $15 for my copay and I have called simon med various times and explained what happened and am told someone will call me back and they do not, all the people i have spoken seem to... read more
