They were so unprofessional. I made an appointment to the one in Kissimmee. That day I went to the appointment and when I get there they toll me that the appointment was made on the one on sand lake. So I call to the one in sand lake they toll me that the appointment was in Kissimmee. This happened to me twice.
I had an appointment there yesterday at 3:15 but was told to be there at 3:00 to fill out paperwork. People that had appointments after me were being called back and finally at 4:00 I went up and asked why I hadn’t been called back and they went back to check and came back and said i would be called back in 15 minutes. Finally 30 minutes later the took me back to another waiting area where I sat until 5:00 when they came back looking for another patient and I asked again what about me my appointment was at 3:15 and now it is... read more
Por que uno tarda 5 min para llegar y rllos no te atienden pero si llegas antes tampoco te atienden a tiempo es algo ilogico no lo recomiendo
making the appointment was terrible. half way through the first call the guy told me he was having technical difficulties so i had to call back. i did and we had to go over all the million questions again. the guy gave me the wrong place when we made appointment and wrong price. so when i showed up to the first place they said no you are supposed to go to simon med. RecommendedEspecialmente en la locación de Turkey Lake el personal son muy pacientes,profesionales y tratan los pacientes con respeto....gracias a Mildre por tanta paciencia y ayuda.Esta experiencia fue muy diferente a la locación de kissimmee donde las niñas al frente tratan las personas mal y a los adultos mayores peor les falta caridad humana y sobre todo si no les gusta tratar con pacientes creo que deben buscar otras opciones de empleo pues no tienen derecho a tratar mal a los clientes que ya llegamos con afecciones de salud...oja... read more

It takes at least 1 hour after your appointment time for you to be helped, staff is not friendly. I wouldn’t recommend.

Got here 20 mins prior to scheduled MRI, was told there was a wait of 30-40 mins. After an hour I asked about how much longer. Receptionist tells me another 40 mins. At what point was she going to tell me this? Why don't you call patients and tell them about you running behind?!! Front desk receptionist has no empathy or personality. She has a cold attitude with every patient she encountered. Will never give you my business again!
