I gave the Mountain View SimonMed location another shot after having a bad experience with their tech for a mammogram last year. I unfortunately got the same tech today as last year. She couldn't have been more unfriendly, if she tried. She was clear she didn't like her job. I don't understand why they keep her there. I won't be back to that location.

I came to Simon med for my first mammogram. I ended up needing an ultrasound and a biopsy. The biopsy was done at the Scottsdale az location. I walked in very nervous and it would have been nice to have the women at the front desk to be friendly or atleast smile at me. The women at the desk were very rude no compassion no customer service. The technician who did my scan had to put an IV in for contrast. She was really rough and hurt me really bad. She did such a bad job first try she had to do it twice. I was left with a huge bruise that lasted over a week. Even when she put the 2nd IV in she hurt me. I have never had someone do an IV that hurt so much. Other than that the scan was fine

Scheduled appointment. Then they randomly cancelled it without telling me. Got it scheduled again (after called 6 times and being on hold for approx 40 minutes most of those calls). Called the day before to verify appointment time and arrival time. Arrived on time and was told my appointment was double booked and they had to cancel it. I had an appointment for a diagnostic mammogram and at the time it was scheduled, I asked what my copay would be and when insurance was verified, I was told I had a $0 copay. A month later, the day prior to the appointment, at 4:00 pm I am left a voicemail stating my copay is $438, due at time of service. Then I get a text stating my appointment was changed from 7:45 to 8:30. I called three times attempting to speak to someone and after being on hold for longer than 30 minutes each time, I gave up. People are great. However I was not called in until 20 minutes after my appointment. Technician said front desk was squeezing in others. Fine unless those with appointments are bumped
DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY! NO PROTOCOL FOR EMERGENCY - NO COMPASSION - NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL worst day EVER! sat for an hour for cardiac ct scan. tech was not nice - at all. she struggled to insert IV on right arm - 5 days later still sore and bruised. moved to left - I had no confidence in her and asked if we could do without contrast - barked NO! well 10 minutes later I’m being yelled at again as my left arm has a baseball sized hematoma filled with saline and contrast in it!
