My technician didn't have any personality. I always get nervous before a mammogram, as I did have breast Cancer. The last words to me, “you’ll get the results in the mail. I have always has a radiologist review my result. I got nothing! I’m a returning patient , I’ve always have Excellent Technicians . I’ve had excellent technicians! Elaine Dachis

The actual imaging is probably fine but scheduling was terrible! My doctor put in an order for X-ray and MRI stat at 10 am Friday due to surgery complications but they didn’t call to schedule until Monday afternoon. Then they scheduled me for Wednesday but called back Tuesday to change the location as that location did not have the needed equipment. I got there and they demanded $200 up front saying that was my co-pay. I told them again that I have no deductible and no co-pay for these tests and they still owed me over $200... read more

People usually come to this facility because we have a problem & some of us are dealing with pain. This location has an extremely rude front desk check in girl that treats people like and assembly line. This extremely rude girl is unnamed because she stated that she did not need provide her name and didn't introduce her self or have a name tag. the technician didn't seem to realize I'd had a mastectomy and stated that she would start with my right side. she then realized the fact . she kept asking me if I had implants. did she think my breast grew back by itself. really?

only 1 star. appointment at 1030, 4 texts to me to confirm 1030. they say 11, it's now after 11 and nothing!! also filling out forms online useless when there's paperwork when you go in. text link to check in no help. nice office, clean.

The first visit at the Mesa office was cancelled during my drive there since the tech was not there. I made another appointment. As I pulled in to my parking spot at Simon med my phone indicated a message. It was that my appointment was cancelled since the tech was not there. I went in and made an appointment for later that day and drive the long distance to north scottsdale. That place honored my appointment. The people behind the counters were pleasant and helpful. The tech at the last place did a good job.

I waited in the waiting room for more than an hour for my MRI. When I was pulled back I was told that they were only going to do my shoulder and my wrist was supposed to have been rescheduled. I work nights and had to stay up all day for this procedure, and now I am going to have to do it again because the office staff and scheduling staff can’t work together. The entire waiting room was full of people that had been waiting too long or told their appointments were changed or moved. It was a horrible experience.

Everything from the 25-49 minute wait to talk to somebody on the phone or the three hours they made me wait when I got there. It is the complete opposite of SMLE where they are polite and accommodating and clean. They tell you to wear a mask at Simon Med yet they have magazines everywhere in the waiting room. Very very bad COVID protocol.
