It took 4 attempts at booking the correct appointment. The schedulers were misinformed and unhelpful. It cost me 3 unnecessary days off. The actual imaging was good

This is the most unprofessional facility I have ever been to!! They double book every appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you the wait is 2 hours minimum!!! That is after they text you and you check in for your original appointment!!!

Unfriendly front office staff. I arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, but still waited almost 45 minutes for my appointment. No customer service from the front desk staff. Being friendly and polite would have gone a long way.

I only wish I could give them negative stars. My first appointment was two days ago but the equipment wasn’t working. Rescheduled andToday we showed up and delay after delay, and then saying we need to reschedule. No manager on site on either day. We did 2 1/2 hours before finally leaving. Pathetic.

I waited over 2 hours even though I had an appointment. The office had me fill out forms and needed my doctor's order despite me providing them with these documents prior to my appointment. (I had filled out all necessary paperwork in advance online. I also had uploaded my MRI order online in advance even though my doctor had already sent it over prior to my appointment as well.) The MRI technician was nice, but the office seemed quite unorganized.

I was 15 minutes early as requested and couldn’t check in because of the woman in front of me yelling at the receptionist about her lost appointment. I waited at least 15 minutes standing in line then still had to fill out my paperwork. There were no covid protocols like other medical practices are still doing. The girl who’s appointment was lost was given my time slot of 4:45 because I wasn’t checked in yet because of them. Waited over an hour for appointment. I had to ask after a half hour when I would be taken care of , at that time I was told it would be another half hour. The technician was very professional but I could tell he needed more help. You need to take better care of your staff.

I will never go through you all again! I’m in the medical field myself... and could not believe how discombobulated this process has been for me. 1. Wrong test scheduled 2. Wrong location 3. Someone who speaks absolutely broken English left a VM message and spoke soooo quickly I could NOT understand the message Nor the returning phone number! Soooo unprofessional!

It was horrible! My appointment was for 1:30 and they didn't finish until 5:20. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and finally had to ask why I hadn't been seen yet. At that point I was finally taken back to get started (70 minutes after my appointment time). They tried to start with the MRI then I had to remind them that since I have a shunt, I need x-rays first. Your x-ray technician didn't know how to get the proper picture so I probably had 50 x-rays taken of my head. Ridiculous. This happened last time I was th... read more
