RecommendedWe went yesterday for a shoulder MRI for my husband. I would like to add that he is EXTREMELY claustrophobic. He tried the open MRI and absolutely NOT!! The day b4 his appointment, Daneka from Simon Med called us and explained what to expect. If I said she was beyond awesome wouldn’t be accurate. She goes way above and beyond. She’s sweet, informative and extremely caring. Everything went great. Don’t hesitate if a regular MRI is out of the question. Go and do the stand up one in Phoenix. You won’t be sorry. They were very professional, and very polite
The sit down MRI machine is very effective for claustrophobic patients like myself. I wish they had mentioned it as my first option. I went to the open MRI which I failed at twice before the best option was offered. The MRI tech was great.

Extremely helpful, caring and positive staff. Couldn’t of completed my MRI without them. If you have issues with other MRI’s this is the place and these are the people! 10th st and Missouri. 👍❤️👍❤️
I’ve had MRI’s in two separate occasions and this facility (open MRI: 1101 E. Missouri Street) has been outstanding. Customer service is great, they always put you at ease. The technicians are very friendly and professional. Overall this facility is the only Simon Med I’ve ever had a good experience at. Highly recommend them.
