RecommendedI’m extremely claustrophobic, and I wasn’t sure. But the receptionist made all the difference! I wish I could remember her name, but she was a fabulous African American woman who was so personable and delightful, I forgot how scared I was. SHE is the face of your company and should be compensated accordingly. Thankyou.

The people at the Stand-up MRI were very nice and helpful. My problem is with scheduling and authorization. SimonMed scheduled 3 MRI's for Monday, Oct 18th. Thursday Oct 14th, I hadn't heard if they had been approved by insurance, so called insurance and they said they had only received one request, which they approved and not the other 2. Called SimonMed authorization and told them what I was told so they sent in the other 2 requests and rescheduled my 3 MRI's for Oct 29th. Monday, Oct 25th, I get a call from insurance ... read more

The facility was 1.5 hours behind with getting people to the technician for the MRI. I will not use SimonMed Imaging again. I prefer Banner or Smile. Stay away from SimonMed.
