The open MRI is so much easier to deal with… Denika and Chad were totally pleasant and professional. They made the experience a comfortable and smooth one for me.
The desk lady was the best I’ve ever seen or experienced. Kind, pleasant, patient, and just a great lady! The gentleman doing the MRI was excellent as well. Informative, patient, very nice, and a very positive experience!

Past visits at simonmed have been awful! Todays visit was GREAT! They fit me in an hour early and we’re VERY efficient. Tech was friendly and very clear on everything. Front desk woman was FANTASTIC! Friendly, honest and kind. First time ever at SimonMed that I was not overcharged! Thumbs up to the location in Phoenix on Missouri Ave. the stand up open MRI was actually sitting, and very comfortable.
It was a great experience at SimonMed on Missouri Avenue. People were very kind and professional. I look forward to my next visit.

They did a wonderful job it was great too bad my insurance didn’t pay for it I had a spring for the bill myself but it’s worth it
