RecommendedEmployees were very patient and professional with the people going in and out in the time I was there. I was there from 7:00-noon for my specific test I was going through that day. So a lot of wait time between scans. All really friendly and polite kept my informed each step of my procedure. They also asked if they could help me because I told them my car died in the parking lot right before I came to start my testing. I told them thank you for asking but I called somebody already.

I have been to Simon Med a few times & I have appreciated the consideration & kindness I have received every time. I was concerned about wearing masks being necessary at this time since I need to read lips to ‘hear’ but the receptionist had no problem making it possible for me to read hear lips & the tech person had no problem modeling what she needed from me. Thank you all, you made a stressful situation comfortable for me. FYI - I was at the Surprise Simon Med.

They were busy. I stood in line to check in for a little more than 15 min. I was there for mammogram. The entire visit took one hour and ten min. Too long for what I had done. But the lady that did the test was great!!!
