Had a great experience with Simon med yesterday. Had to have 2 scans done in one day and scheduler found a way to get me in the next day. The ladies were so friendly and professional they put me right at ease. When I had to come back an hour 1/2 later for second scan they remembered me by name which is always very nice. 👍

Cash pay prices are likely the best in the industry! Front desk staff seem a bit harried! Front Desk could use a better script for explaining long wait times; smiles, and eye contact would go a long ways!

The medical technicians are great. The schedulers are very customer oriented. Only minor complaint that a couple of the receptionists need a better attitude. Overall, the visits have been good.
