Had to get a MRI today. they got me in same day! staff were super nice and professional. they made me feel very comfortable. Ramone and Jewels were very kind and compassionate. it was easy and I almost fell asleep! they only thing I didnt get was some good music to drown out those awful banging noises but the earplugs were very helpful! 5 Stars for their care today!

I would say the Simons Imaging on 3rd St. in Downtown Phoenix is probably as good as it gets. I arrived as their last patient at 7:45 PM, hadn't eaten, low blood sugar issues, receptionist gave me a health bar. Great staff, super professional,beautiful office, roomy MRI machine, and got my results back to my Dr. the next day. I will go no where else for any future MRI's. A+ Richard Bernard

I was checked in within 5 minutes of waiting in line. Jennifer was very expedient In getting my Ins information processed n friendly and 10 minutes later I was with Judy who conducted my ultrasound. She was cordial, professional n explained the entire procedure. I was in and out within an hour. My experience with SimonMed was great n I highly recommend then.
