DO NOT GO HERE! THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE! On March 27, 2025 at 12:15 began the worst experience I've ever had with a medical facility. I was there for a diagnostic ultra sound and mammogram so I was already feeling anxious. I was "greeted" at the front desk by the most incredibly rude receptionist possible, Karolie (possibly Carolie). She had long, greasy red hair, dark mascara circles under her eye and lipstick on her; she looked like she'd be partying all night and had a sour expression on her face. Just a terrible experience. Phone calls not returned, people unsure of how to happen, etc. When trying to make an appointment and going thru endless attempts of speaking with some I was informed that only three people in the Simon organization could make this kind of appointment and they would call me back. Not! This even though my doctor had labeled the need for the test as”stat”. The place is a mess.
Their phone and scheduling system sucks. They would send a text, I would call the number on the text immediately, it would go thru the auto attendant process, and then say the person wasn’t available, leave a message. Did this multiple times - it took days to actually get an appointment scheduled and I ended up scheduling thru their online Chat. The person doing the scan was excellent. We arrived early to be on time, but ended up waiting over 2 1/2 hours and had nothing to eat since the night before.
