At the Thomas and 3rd location. Had to stand in line 20 minutes to get checked in. One of the least professional receptionists I have ever seen. I have never heard a receptionist call a patient “gurl”. The reception area chairs were dirty and stained. It took looking around to find a chair that wasn’t dirty. The waiting room television was on a local Fox News station and it was loud. I was taken back for my MRI 35 minutes after my scheduled appt. My appt was 4:30p and I was called back at 5:05p. No appointments for X-rays means long waits and there’s no communication via the automated system that the equipment is down and X-rays are not available. That meant a wasted trip and time wasted waiting for a ride once that was found to be the case. This despite the endless emails and texts from that same system asking to set an appointment when they’re not available as well as endless follow up texts/emails to “confirm” an appointment made that wasn’t one, but only a check in at the facility to get a KUB done.
