Scheduled appointment, it was a quick and provided all my info. At time of appt, receptionist seemed irritated, asked for my insurance although I was a cash pay. Seemed irritated with me. The scanning technician (Craig) was TOO NOTCH! Patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and so easy to be around.
