Timing is great Pleasant and helpful
The staff was very friendly and helpful. However I am very disappointed with their accounting procedure. I have Medicare and supplemental PPO insurance. Checked with provider prior and told I had no copay or deductible for MRI. Day of procedure I was required to pay $200 and told it was a deductible required by insurance. Later I contacted insurance and was told I had a $150 deductible, however I had no copay or deductible for this procedure. Insurance rep contacted Simon Med billing and had a conference call.
