The fact that this location is open on Saturday and convenient. The only downfall is the receptionist needs to be more knowledgeable about the wait time lapse - I was told it was a 45 minutes wait and the reality was an hour and a half wait . Luckily I was out of there to make it to a paid function 10 minutes lates
