Receptionist rude and unhelpful. who ever maintains the phone needs to learn to listen. canceled a very important appointment with out my consent. will be reporting to BBB TOO

Terrible service. The receptionist was so inconvienced and unempathetic. I wasn't even bothered they weren't doing x-rays and had to make an appointment for an STAT order. I called the clinic that referred me and asked to be sent elsewhere. I called back and cancelled my appointment.

This review is by Joe, the patient. The admin appointment people need to be better trained in how to properly communicate with patients. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before I was finally called in for my scheduled appointment.

You don’t take appointments. So I sat there for 2 1/2 hours waiting for a three minute x-ray. I recently finished chemo and I had to sit there in your waiting room with all those people. You need to get it together!

I’ve been here since 9 am still waiting for Xrays Dr requested this facility, it’s almost noon. Walk-ins only. My first and last time. Wait time is unacceptable. Friendly staff.
