They were very good and timely. Didn’t have to wait long even though I was a walk in!

They were very polite and efficient. Did my paperwork. I was expecting to get an appointment at least by a weeks time. He asked if 10:30 that day was good? Yes excellent! Also if patient in front of me was late I could go right in. Patient was 2 minutes late so I got right in. Told it would take about 3 days and dr would have results. About 4 hours later my dr called for a result appointment. Today I got the results! Never have I got through the system so fast. A BIG THANKS TO THEM!

She wasn’t there she left me in the machine even I kept pushing the button to get out
It took 4x’s to get my mammogram and ultrasound done. 1. My primary doctor sent over my referral for my ultrasound, but they claimed they never got it (I know I told them what I needed when I booked the appointment). The ultrasound tech wasn’t there so I had to reschedule. 2. They canceled me the day before saying the tech had an emergency, so I had to reschedule. 3. I had given them all of my prior imaging on CD-Roms and the reports to go with them to copy at least 3 weeks prior to this visit. When I got to the office this ... read more

Didn’t call me when the mammogram machine Was broke instead I drove all the way there from the foothills checked in filled out the papers to be called back and told the had to reschedule me.

I was sent to SimonMed by my primary doctor after having an abnormal mammogram 9/1/22. I had to cancel 2 appointments because they didn’t have the imaging from YRMC even though YRMC said they had sent it. I finally got another appointment with SimonMed for an ultrasound which was what the doctor wrote orders for. I got to my appointment, undressed and went into the room and the technician said the doctor wanted a diagnostic mammogram and no one could do it that day.
