They rescheduled 3 times and the automated service kept calling for me to schedule, when I already had. It was kinda overkill! They even called when I was finished with the mammogram. Fir me to schedule by the way. At this point I’m thinking of blocking their number.

I needed to have a CAT and MRI completed on myupper body due to having been diagnosed with breast cancer and they told me they didn't do MRI and CAT scans of breast that had breast cancer. I could not believe so I called again and received the same answer . Is this true???

First, I walked in to have my xray done as instructed and they were not taking any walk ins due to not having a receptionist that day. I asked for my lab order so I could go somewhere else and they couldn't fine it. My doctors office was closed so I had to wait till Monday. Then your automated system called me at 6AM on both Saturday on Monday. 6 am in the morning which is ridiculous. Arrived 15 min prior to appointment. Was not seen for 1 hour and 30 min after appointment. Ask front desk girl three times when we would be seen. Every time it was “your next”. Watch the waiting room clear out with patients 3 times with a total of 15 people going before me and some of those people waited 3 minutes. The rest of main medical is great. Multiple texts and messages telling me to be at location no later than 8:15 for check-in. Office does not open until 8:30!! DEXA machine was not calibrated and ready to use until 9:00AM. Check in questions were completed while waiting. Tech then proceeded to repeat all questions that had written answers in front of her.!!
